Meet Brad Henderson

Brad Henderson is the founder and CEO of Plus Delta Fitness, a personal training and corporate training company specializing in wellness programs and adventure-based education.
Mr. Henderson is a motivational speaker and an expert in the field of adventure-based education. He is a national and world champion in barefoot water skiing and a member of the first and gold medal-winning US Senior Barefoot Team.
Mr. Henderson has a Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation from East Carolina University. He is a certified personal trainer (National Alliance of Fitness Professionals).
